Donation Request Guidelines
At Radish & Rye Food Hub, we're passionate about supporting our local community and promoting sustainable, healthy living. We believe in partnering with organizations whose values align with ours. To ensure that we can review and process your request efficiently, please follow these guidelines:
1. Eligibility Criteria
We prioritize requests from non-profit organizations and community groups focused on:
Local food systems and sustainable agriculture
Health and wellness, including food access initiatives
Environmental sustainability and conservation
Education related to any of the above areas
We do not consider requests for:
Medical research initiatives or fundraising
Entities that are primarily publicly funded, such as government agencies or public schools
Requests from individuals, political organizations, or events not aligned with our mission will not be considered.
2. Request Submission
All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event or initiative.
Only one request per organization per calendar year will be considered.
Please include:
Your organization’s name, mission, and contact information
Details about the event or initiative, including date, location, and expected impact
Specific donation request (monetary or in-kind, e.g., products or gift cards)
3. Limitations
While we wish we could support every worthy cause, our resources are limited. Therefore, we focus our donations on causes that have the greatest impact on our local community.
We do not provide donations for private events such as weddings, family reunions, or for-profit ventures.
All donations must be picked up at Radish & Rye Food Hub. We are unable to deliver or ship donations.
4. How to Apply
Please submit your request via the form below. Be sure to provide all necessary details. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
If your request is approved, you will be contacted within 14 business days.
